The ARM Group Client Support Center (CSC) provides you with remote support when your primary or secondary consultant is unavailable. All our staff are seasoned technical experts who assist you over the phone, whether it is a server, desktop or network issue. They work in conjunction with your technology management consultants to deliver fast and efficient service when you need us.
Our Network Operations Center (NOC) is primarily responsible for monitoring, testing, troubleshooting and escalating alerts from our Remote Monitoring server systems. This system operates around the clock, 24×7; and if there is a critical alert from one of these services, it will instantly notify then escalate the issue to the appropriate people on your team. Then either the CSC or your primary consultant will begin fixing the problem. We often find, isolate and fix the problem before you knew you had one. What would that peace of mind be worth?
