Seylynn North Shore Development has applied to redevelop this property.
The application as submitted proposes a mixed-used development with 56 market rental apartments, 330 owned apartments, and approximately 933 sq m (10,043 sq ft) of commercial space fronting Mountain Highway, in four buildings:
- one six-storey rental building
- one nine-storey mixed-use building (commercial/residential)
- one six-storey condominium building
- one 19-storey condominium building
It includes 582 parking spaces in a mix of enclosed and underground parking (512 for condos, 49 for rentals, 21 for commercial use).
